Motorsports is hard to break into. IMG creates a doorway for veterans and first responders to get inside the sport, learn the work, build relationships and prove what they can do.
Why IMG Exists
Talent is everywhere. Access isn’t.
Motorsports can be brutally difficult to enter if you don’t already have a connection inside the sport. IMG exists to help create that first connection for people who have already proven they can work under pressure, operate as a team and commit to a mission.
We’re focused on veterans and first responders. Not because racing owes anyone a position, but because these communities bring skills and character that can translate exceptionally well to a race shop and pit road when someone gives them a legitimate opportunity to learn.

Sometimes the first connection doesn't need to be about work. Sometimes it's a tailgate.
IMG's long-term vision includes bringing veterans and first responders together at sporting events for laid-back tailgate meetups built around something simple: show up, grab some food, watch the game and meet good people.
No forced networking. No awkward conference room. Just an easy place to build friendships, reconnect with a team atmosphere and grow a community that can extend far beyond game day.
The bigger vision is national. As IMG grows, the goal is to develop local chapters across the United States — giving veterans and first responders a nearby IMG community that can organize tailgates, sporting-event meetups, local connections and other opportunities while staying connected to the larger IMG mission.
